Studio Luna Verde | wild / crafted – elevated prong set ring | Tuesday, February 1, 2022 | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

In this class, i will show you my unconventional approach to placing a faceted stone of your choice in a hand fabricated silver prong setting to create a dramatic, sculptural ring.  We will also explore several options for making a unique, organic ring shank to showcase your setting, utilizing scrap silver and fusing techniques. You may choose to go simple, or sublime, but either way, be prepared to elevate your creations to another level. ( confident use of the torch is recommended for this class. i will also be introducing you to the oxy/propane torch, so be prepared to play [safely] with fire!)
