A WARM WELCOME to Laney Clark! | Framed: Desert Skies pierced pendant and earrings | Monday, February 2, 2026 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (one-hour lunch)

$290.00

The magic of the ever changing desert sky calls deep.

In this class we will hone our hand-piercing skills by sawing out two different desert sky themes: Sunrise over the mountains and a starry moon lit sky.

We will play with using negative space to tell the story.

You can make your scene as simple or complex as your skills and space allow.

I have been hand piercing for over 30 years so I have some great tips to share to help you up your piercing game.

We will aim to finish a pendant with a tube set Champagne CZ “Sun” and a pair of earrings with a dark and edgy desert night sky.

We’re thrilled to bring
LANEY CLARK
to THE DESERT 2026!
LANEY HAS BEEN MAKING METAL JEWELRY FOR 30 YEARS.
HER WORK IS MOST OFTEN INSPIRED BY THE ABUNDANCE OF NATURE THAT SURROUNDS HER IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST, BUT OCCASIONALLY SHE CAN BE PERSUADED BY THE BOLD, STRAIGHT LINES OF THE URBAN SCENERY OF THE CITY.
EACH PIECE OF JEWELRY SHE CREATES IS A SMALL PIECE OF ART MEANT TO BE WORN.
