Sarah Long (Brown-Dog Studio) | Hollow Hearts aka “baby hearts” | Monday, February 5, 2024 | 6 pm until 9 pm

$105.00

Chunky, dimensional and lighter than they appear, hollow forms add substantial weight to a bracelet, pendant or earrings without weighing you down! I call these “baby hearts” in the studio and people are always surprised at how light and comfortable they are for wear. Create a statement piece using less silver than you would think!

Techniques covered: silver prep and using a jewelers saw, designing and creating a box form, helpful set-up for multiple stages of soldering, proper considerations for hollow form construction and soldering, refining and finish work.

It looks like this is a very popular class and has sold out!
