Kate Thompson | Memory Fabric Collage | Friday | August 7, 2026 | 9:00 am until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm
$330.00

We will be making a fabric collage (approximately 8” x 10”) using a layering technique.
We start out with a piece of fabric and start layering by adding collage and paint.
The following layers are all about adding new layers but also revealing some of the layers underneath to get a glimpse of the history of the cloth.
We will remove some of the layers by sanding to leave a ghost of an idea behind as we continue to layer with more fabric, collage and joint compound.
The final layer we will stitch to create mark making and texture
WE WILL RELEASE SEATS FOR PURCHASE THE MORNING OF REGISTRATION.
