April Bower | It’s a Wrap: roller forged wide wrap ring | Wednesday, February 4, 2026 | 9:00 am until 4:30 pm

$220.00

Learn to use the rolling mill to do the work for you when tapering a rod or heavy wire that looks completely hand forged.

* bring your own gold accents if youd like to embellish your ring *

You can create large tapers to delicate tendrils with this technique, which can be very useful when creating your own designs.

In this session you will roller taper a heavy Sterling wire into a long taper, fabricate a wide partial band of Textured Sterling sheet then encircle it with your forged taper, to create a unique band ring.

Your choices of textures, width, as well as a small amount of  yellow gold  embellishments, (if you bring some scrap or broken piece of jewelry; you don’t need much !!), will make your ring uniquely one of a kind.

Sterling silver will be our main metal and  gold makes wonderful contrasting accents if you wish.
