When you arrive at the airport, and after you pick up your luggage, proceed to the Ground Transportation exits (5 & 6) and cross over to the Courtesy Van pick up area.
The Hilton shuttle picks up here at 15-minutes after the hour and again at 45-minutes after the hour throughout the day.
