In this class, you’ll learn everything you need to know to confidently and professionally set a faceted, point-back gemstone using the hammer-setting technique.
We’ll also create a unique, textured reticulated band designed to show off this striking setting. Students will work with sterling silver and gold-filled wire, gaining hands-on experience and practical skills you can apply to future designs.

coming from Canada, I drop ship a pallet of my personal studio equipment. Quite a cost to do this; however, it is to my student’s advantage to have access to everything needed to complete this project.
Because I want my students to have personalized attention in my classroom, I hire professional assistants who are amazing, qualified, and capable metalsmiths. My goal is to maintain a ratio of 4-5 students per instructor/assistant.
