Shannon Bundschuh | RISING FORMS // The Art of Dimensional Metalwork | Monday, August 3, 2026 | 9:00 am until 4:00 pm
$220.00
Bring your metalwork to life—layer by folded layer.
In this immersive class, students will explore how to build depth, shadow, and striking dimension using folded and raised metal components.
Whether you choose to craft a bold ring or an eye-catching pendant, you’ll learn how to create focal pieces that rise—literally and artistically—off the surface.
Through thoughtful layering and structural shaping, we’ll dive into techniques that turn flat sheet into sculptural forms, adding visual interest and a sense of movement to your work.
This project is all about giving your designs a new point of view—elevated, expressive, and anything but flat.
Come ready to fold, form, and rise.
WE WILL RELEASE SEATS FOR PURCHASE THE MORNING OF REGISTRATION.

Additional Class Comments
Please note that everyone works at their own pace, and not all students may complete the project during class time. That is completely normal and part of the learning process. Your kit includes a detailed handout with step-by-step guidance to help you finish your piece at home, as well as serve as a helpful reference when you return to your own studio.
