We’re right outside the main bank of classrooms
Drop by on your first day of class and let us know you’ve arrived (we love welcoming our Vivi Magoo family!)
Pick up your name badge and some welcome gifts from our sponsors and us on your first day of classes!
Oh – and by the way, THE DESERT 2025 MARKETPLACE will take place right outside the main bank of classrooms on the Terrace Foyer
It’s shaping up to be lots fun!
You’re invited to sell your lovely jewelry or handcrafted tools you’ve made! Let Barb know of your interest by text.
When you’re not busy in class – or if you have a free day – stop by and visit with the vendors, and shop their products.
In true Vivi Magoo style – we have a few surprises up our sleeves during the three-day event as well!
It’s free of charge for all – we’d love for you to invite your friends and family to drop by.
Thursday, February 6th thru Saturday, February 8th
noon until 7:00 pm
Our daily Vivi Magoo Lunch Buffet will be set up in the Terrace Foyer for your dining pleasure
Returning students and instructors will tell you how delicious and plentiful the lunches are
The hotel goes out of their way to please (if you have a dietary restriction, you can let the servers know, and they will provide alternatives for most dietary needs)
One daily price which includes all buffet items (including the most scrumptious desserts!), coffee, iced tea, and a selection of tea to brew
Gratuity for the servers is included in our pricing
We aim to make it affordable and easy for you!
To save a bit of money, we offer a way to prepay before our retreat begins if you purchase your lunch tickets on our website before our retreat begins.
We’ll give you tickets which you will hand to the servers on the day(s) you choose to eat with the group.
Believe us when we say you will be pleased with the choices and return to class afterwards with a smile on your face and a tummy full of delicious food!
Even if you choose to bring your lunch, we invite you to eat with us at our tables!
No one is ever left out of Vivi Magoo gatherings!

We may or may not have stepped away from the Registration Area, and we don’t want to make you wait to have your needs met!
