DeeDee Catron | Accordion Abstraction: gelli printed papers turned | Friday | August 7, 2026 | 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

$290.00

Let’s make a dreamy layered book!

We will start with some basics like setting up a successful printing station, paint application, color blocking, etc., but we’ll focus on creating a delicious pile of translucent, layered papers to collage with.

We lean heavily into creative reuse during the printing process including (but certainly not limited to) making our own masks & stencils.

The end result of this workshop is an accordion book, complete with thick protective covers, and a folding page block full of beautiful abstract gelli prints.

We’ll talk about color theory, design standards, collage techniques, art rules & how to break them +more.

Each person leaves with a completed collage accordion book.

“Everyone gets to customize their project based on personal preferences in regards to color, patterns, shapes + more.”
Come ready to MAKE!

WE WILL RELEASE SEATS FOR PURCHASE THE MORNING OF REGISTRATION.
