We hope you are feeling calm and prepared for your arrival and that our series of emails throughout the past several weeks have helped to set your mind at ease over what to expect when you arrive!

The Vivi Magoo Registration Desk will be located on the Terrace Foyer – You won’t be able to miss us!
Drop by on your first day of class and let us know you’ve arrived (we love welcoming our Vivi Magoo tribe!)
Oh – and by the way – The Desert Marketplace will take place right on the Terrace Foyer.
It’s shaping up to be lots fun!
When you’re not busy in class – or if you have a free day – stop by and visit with the vendors, and shop their products.
In true Vivi Magoo style – we have a few surprises up our sleeves during the three-day event as well!
It’s free of charge for all – we’d love for you to invite your friends and family to drop by.
Saturday, February 3rd thru Monday, February 5th

We’re so fortunate to be able to partner with Beads of Courage this year!
They will be on our campus Friday, February 2nd and Saturday, February 3rd from 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm. You’re invited to drop by the Primrose classroom where they will be set up and assisting anyone interested in making beads to gift children who are undergoing medical procedures (cancer treatment and other chronic medical conditions). Come in, make some beads to donate to this worthy cause, and learn more about their program. It’s a remarkable organization with many volunteers with huge hearts.
Our daily Vivi Magoo Lunch Buffet will be set up in the Terrace Lobby for your dining pleasure.
We’ll send you an email tomorrow with a listing of what will be on the menu each day of the week. Returning students and instructors will tell you how delicious and plentiful the lunches are – the hotel goes out of our way to please (if you have a dietary restriction, you can let the servers know, and they will provide alternatives for most dietary needs). One daily price which includes all buffet items (including the most scrumptious desserts!), coffee, iced tea, and a selection of tea to brew. Gratuity for the servers is included in our pricing – We aim to make it affordable and easy for you!
To save a bit of money, we offer a way to prepay before our retreat begins. If you purchase your lunch tickets on our website before our retreat begins. Go to our Vivi Magoo website (ViviMagoo.com) access the Desert classes, scroll through the list of classes, and you’ll find an easy way to pay for one or more lunches.
Online pricing: $25/day
During our retreat: $30/day
Your purchase is good for any day of the week – We’ll give you tickets which you will hand to the servers on the day(s) you choose to eat with the group. Believe us when we say you will be pleased with the choices and return to class afterwards with a smile on your face and a tummy full of delicious food! Even if you choose to bring your lunch, we invite you to eat with us at our tables!
No one is ever left out of Vivi Magoo gatherings!

We may or may not have stepped away from the Registration Area, and we don’t want to make you wait to have your needs met!
