Zac Tedrow | Chips Ahoy! a hollowform box ring with chip inlay | Monday, February 5, 2024 | 9 am until 4:30 pm and Tuesday, February 6, 2024 | 9 am – noon

$310.00

In this class, we will take ring building to the next dimension by constructing a hollowform box ring.

Students will use techniques like piercing, sawing, filing, soldering, sanding, and buffing to build our box ring…but what good is an empty box?

At the end of day one, students will use a combination of epoxy, crushed stone chips, and strips of metal as inlay elements.

When we return on day two after the epoxy has cured, students will use Julie Sanford’s Level Best polishing system as well as other hand finishing techniques to complete our unique chip inlay rings!
